FORCREST is a European project supported by the Leonardo Programme. The objective is the conceptualisation and the development of a training methodology for the creation of companies. They would be new innovative and technologically well-developed companies working towards sustainable development.

Highly technical qualified young people are the direct beneficiary group of the training. The target would especially be placed on women, as they have more difficulties than men in their processes of integration into the labour market. This project will give them the necessary tools and knowledge to enable them creating their enterprises.

The FORCREST working team is composed of experts from all Europe. The elaboration process of the training product will be based, among others, on the results of training needs and good practices detection, the evaluation of the pilot experience and the opinions and suggestions of companies, unions and experts. This new product will include on-line training to promote the technical skills of the beneficiaries as well as their capacity to network and also traditional workshops and classes.
